Returns & Exchanges

At World Surf League, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
